Since its foundation in 1999, Allcott Associates LLP has become one of the Midlands most highly-respected and trusted independent building consultancies.

Allcott Associates LLP Residential was set up as an independent practice of Chartered Surveyors and Structural Engineers. In contrast to other firms, we have no affiliations to any mortgage lenders, meaning our customers avoid paying extra costs for referral fees.

Allcott Associates LLP employs a range of property professionals including both Surveyors and Structural Engineers, meaning we are in a position to offer our clients an entire service, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.

Our practice has flourished over the years through client recommendation and reputation; testament to our professional, high quality approach. As a result we now have offices in Birmingham, Leamington Spa and Oxford and we regularly work for clients throughout the entire Midlands region and further afield.

All our Engineers are Chartered (CEng) and are members or fellows of either the Institution of Structural Engineers (MIStructE / FIStructE), or the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE / FICE). All our Building Surveyors are members or fellows of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). This ensures all our work meets the rigorous standards of our profession's governing institutions.
