I have worked with both public and private sector clients on a mixture of refurbishment, new build and fit out schemes including residential properties, mixed use developments, offices and listed buildings. I have dealt with a variety of different contract forms, possess good computer literacy and am proficient in AutoCAD. Currently I am undertaking my APC in order to become a Chartered Member of the RICS.My main qualities are that I am hardworking, enthusiastic, trustworthy, pay good attention to detail and have good interpersonal skills. My hobbies include swimming, reading action books and travelling. QUALIFICATIONS ·2004 - present Probationary Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with 4? years APC diary. Associate Member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyor. Member of the Victorian Society. ·2001 - 2004 Graduated from the University of Greenwich with a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying with Information Technology with a 2:1 pass grade. Completed Webmaster course from Oxford House College in Central London. Completed City and Guilds AutoCAD course.
