PROJECT NAME : ISG Audi West London Project PROJECT DESCRIPTION :Building of a state of the art showroom and Maintenance centre for Audi London in Brentford POSITION HELD : Site Engineer CONSTRUCTION VALUE : J3.2M DUTIES : Monitoring of western boundary wall to check for movement as there was a high density of plant traffic in the vicinity Setting out of drainage and gridlines Involved in the calculation of volumes for construction manager to resolve a inconsistency which was provided by groundwork’s contractors Extension of primary control and establishment of secondary control throughout the structure As built surveys of primary cores, steelwork, super structure, car lifts and car ramps for quality assessment of works. Liased with contractors and construction manager in providing everything needed for completion of works and accurate QA. Ensured an accurate levelling network throughout the for 4 storey building. DATE : Dec ’07 – June’08 PROJECT NAME : Monitoring for London Underground PROJECT DESCRIPTION :The daily monitoring of the Eastern tunnel during the construction of Wood Lane Station POSITION HELD : Engineering Surveyor CONSTRUCTION VALUE :N/A DUTIES : The daily monitoring of the Eastern tunnel towards Central London with an array of targets setup at 5 metres intervals throughout the tunnel and thereafter uploading a HTML file onto a link provided for the client to ensure daily updates of any concerning movements. Liased with the Project Surveyor. |
