Refurbishment of kitchens and bathrooms and all other associated works to bring housing stock in line with the Government Decent Homes Standard. This included some DDA work. J3.5million per annum. Southwark Major Voids, London Borough of Southwark. Refurbishment of LB Southwarks housing stock over a measured term contract as a Decent Homes scheme. J2.5million per annum. Hammersmith and Fulham Decent Homes, Breyer Group PLC. Compiled all relevant Decent Homes surveys and CAD work to allow the contractor to undertake the necessary works. J2.5million per annum. Undertaking feasibility studies for potential side extensions to 33No. Properties within the Basildon borough. 135k for contract. Preparing and submitted planning applications for all properties. Healthcare Sycamore House Refurbishment, Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. Full refurbishment of a day care centre for people with personality disorders. J600,000. Bin Store Construction, Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. Construction of two large bin stores. J60,000. Day Care Surveys, Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. Compiled building reports on the condition of various day care centres for sale purposes. J50,000 Survey of Staff Accommodation, Guys and St Thomas Hospital. Undertook M&E surveys of five blocks of NHS staff accommodation to assess the necessary upgrades required. J500,000. |
