| Candidate CV resume: | I am a recent graduate from a RICS accredited Building Surveying degree at Sheffield Hallam University, where I achieved a high second class honors (2:1) degree. I am therefore seeking a graduate employment within a well established building surveying firm like this to help me widen my understanding and development within the profession. After making some inquiries into your company and viewing the opportunities present for graduates from the profiles of previous graduates from your website, I would like to take this opportunity to put myself forward as a potential candidate if such a position exists within your company at this time. Please therefore find attached a copy of my CV for your consideration. I am keen to develop my knowledge and understanding of the industry gained throughout my degree and previous work experience. For this reason, I am particularly interested in working for an organisation, such as this, that can offer me a range of opportunities and a chance to learn a variety of new skills. As a brief insight into the knowledge achieve through the modules that I have studied at University, I have learnt many skills such as working at an advanced level of AutoCAD, carried out various site visits to measure structural and general condition of buildings, property valuation calculations for commercial premises and understanding the law surrounding landlord and tenant. This has required me to work independently or as part of a team on certain projects which meant that good co-ordination and communication skills were needed.
