Extremely happy with the service we received. When we were faced with a ridiculous delaps estimate of over 120k from our landlord, we consulted with BM and received great advice on how to proceed. Having a surveyor on your side, has great benefits. Rather than just letting our landlord charge us, we did most of the work with our own contractors and saved in excess of 50k.
