Ricky was commissioned to undertake a roofing survey for a commercial building. He used drone photography to survey the roof and compiled a comprehensive report detailing various defects. Ricky also has a good working knowledge of construction.

We booked richard for a snagging survey report on a new build property, and couldn't be happier with the service he provided. He was extremely thorough, checking every aspect of the property both internally and externally. And was very prompt getting the report returned to us. After an issue arose with the property on Sunday morning, we contacted him to which we received an immediate response and he assessed the issue and amended the report that day. Its humbling to see a company that goes above and beyond for its clients. And carried out the work in such a professional manor. If we need anymore survey work done in the future we well definitely be using Richard at Lithos-Skyline
