Incredibly detailed level 2 report. Spotted an incredible amount more than I could have on my own or at any house viewings. Saved me from an incredibly costly mistake and well worth the money! They quoted a tiny bit more than other surveyors but provide a 10x better service. Will be recommending to my friends.

Happy with the service we received from Cosey Homes. We ended up doing two surveys with them as the first one unearthed quite a major issue and we had to pull out of the sale for that one. We found both to be as thorough as expected though I don't feel like the level 3 added much value for the added cost, the level 2 seemed to be just as thorough though maybe that depends on which surveyor you get!
Four stars just as communication could be better, both times we didn't have anything outside of the first email related to the survey being booked. The first survey came back in 5 working days (level 3) and the second came back within 8 (level 2).
I would overall recommend using them. The surveys have been really helpful and we are happy with the service provided, just would have appreciated a little bit more communication throughout the process!

The surveyor Philip is very professional and experienced. His report is very detailed and to the point, and also very easy for a layman to understand.
The surveyor also looked into areas and provided professional advice on these areas where I had indicated particular worries.
The executive staff Kit is very reliable and efficient in arranging the survey. She liaised closely with the estate agent/ sellers representative to make sure everything would be ready for conducting the survey. She also kept me well informed of the arrangements.
Overall it was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend other homebuyers to use the service of Cosey Homes.
