The inspection identifies significant defects, risks, and areas requiring repair or further investigation. It covers internal and external elements as well as key services within the property. The report includes condition ratings, photographs, and practical guidance to support informed decisions. 
RICS Level 3 Building Survey is a thorough inspection focused on defects and building condition. Suitable for older, altered or non-standard properties and those considered for renovation or works. Report sets out causes, implications and repair options in greater detail than Level 2 survey. It supports informed decisions by providing understanding of condition before purchase. 
This service is a targeted inspection focused on a single identified property defect, suitable where a specific concern exists. It aims to determine the likely cause and significance of the issue. We provide impartial advice on repair solutions and whether specialist assessment is required. The inspection is visual, limited to accessible areas, and may require further investigation. 
Alongside our surveys, we provide supplementary services that improve understanding of property condition. Drone inspections allow high-level areas such as roofs and chimneys to be assessed where access is limited. These may identify defects including slipped tiles, defective flashings and chimney deterioration.
