Very poor for helping people who need it when your a full time carer your money ain't good enough with dss the amount of trouble iv had with these its becoming a joke also they love greedy landlords

Atrocious service. 4 times we've tried to view houses with them, 4 times they've been no help whatsoever. We rearrange work etc to view a house and only when we ring them after waiting past the viewing time do we get told it's cancelled. So glad I'm not selling through them.

Unbelievable service - valuation Wednesday, on the market by Thursday offers made by Friday - 3 DAYS! Tony and Andrea have been helpful, efficient and supportive and made a potentially stressful experience very straightforward! I feel confident that they will continue to help the house sale reach a satisfactory conclusion as timely as is possible. Definitely recommend.

I would like to thank Brown's estate agents in Norton, Stockton on Tees for all the help they have gave me. We purchased a property in Norton through Browns. We were impressed by the professionalism, thoroughness, responsiveness and overall communication and quality of service. Throughout the process we've been in contact with only one agent Andrea McCarthy, which was great, ensuring continuity and personalised approach. Critical:Quality, Responsiveness Tried to purchase a property advertised by browns. Not kept up to date about offer put forward for the property or changes made to the advertised property. Not very responsive and poor customer service. Poor experience all round.
