Jeremy joined Sheffords in 1976 and is now the Managing Director of the firm. He has over 40 years' experience of surveying properties in the Sevenoaks and West Kent areas. Jeremy qualified in the General Practice division in 1978 and was elected as a Fellow of the RICS in 1991. Jeremy is an RICS Registered Valuer and works across many of the specialist areas undertaken by the firm.

Our History

The firm was established in 1887 by Thomas Wright who opened his office at Kent House Station, Beckenham at a time when the Victorians were building large houses on the nearby Cator Estate, and smaller terraced houses were being erected for weekly tenants. His monogram remains on the front of the rather picturesque building.
