Alan carried out a survey for us during our house purchase in North Bucks. He was personable, communicated clearly beforehand, booked us in promptly, and provided a thorough, detailed report quickly. The inclusion of numerous photos, including roof shots, was especially helpful in guiding our purchase and future renovations. Highly recommended.

I would like to recommend Alan to anyone who is looking for a surveyor. His Level 3 Surveyor's Report is detailed, efficient with nice photos for the illustrations. The 100+ pages report comes out in the same day of the inspection. He welcomes my phone call for further explanation and advice. Amazing and brilliant!

Alan is an absolute gent and his survey information was invaluable to me.
A very detailed building survey completed and report produced within 24hours meant I could decide what / if I wanted to proceed on the property - more importantly gave me the ability to confidently renegotiate with the seller.
Having read the report from cover to cover (3 hours!) Alan was always available for me to go through my concerns / his observations and offered further helpful advice.
I've now got a comprehensive "things to do" list once I take possession of the house - and some fantastic photos of areas you would never normally see! I've never had this level of detail (and backup from the man himself) before, after using numerous 'chain' surveyors over the years.
I cant speak highly enough of Alan and the service he provides - and will be insisting the my daughter uses him when they move in the next couple of years.

Alan carried out a full structural survey which was really comprehensive and not only covered any work required to the property but on going advice regarding maintenance for each area of the property. Thankfully only one minor issue that was spotted and I have been able to rectify that myself. I would thoroughly recommend as a really helpful and knowledgeable chap who has also been incredibly helpful regarding a damp issue in one of our rental properties. Thank you, so much Alan.

If you are looking for a property surveyor then this is a first class professional service I totally recommend. The survey carried out on our behalf showed major issues with the property.
