Horrible customer service, not interested in the slightest spoke to the Agent looking after the property who advised that the property in question was not available for viewing as their was an issue with the tennant, he took my details and said he would call me back. Did he? No. as you can guess shortly after a sale had been agreed. When I called the office where they interested? No.

The ladies who are working in there are absolutely incompetent, they have no idea whatsoever how their properties look like and what you have/ don't have at the address. It took them nearly 2 months to sort a water leak out while me and my partner were keep sending them emails and calling them every week. So unprofessional, and in the end we had to pay for all the damages caused by the water leak plus all the extra charges from the water company. Would not recommend to anyone. Other companies treat their customers better.
