Initially a Design Brief is agreed with you, the client, which will include such matters as principles of design, maintenance of the completed building(s), health and safety issues (during construction and in respect of maintenance) budget costs, timescales and members of the project team.As an adjunct to the design process we can advise on planning and building regulation matters.

We are often required to carry out inspections and provide a written report (usually with photographs) with recommendations where building work has allegedly been carried out incorrectly and/or to a poor standard. These reports can be formatted for legal procedures.
