These are our most popular types of survey and are ideal if you are buying a residential property. It is important to choose the right type of survey for the property you are buying, and we can help advise which one is right for you, ensuring you can make an informed decision about the property and any defects which require attention.
Residential Valuations
Report
These valuations need to be compliant with the RICS Red Book and undertaken by an RICS Registered Valuer. Our reports are compliant with TARGET HCA requirements and all Housing Association requirements. The standard reports are valid for three months, however, if the valuation report needs to be extended we can provide and updated report, usually at no extra cost.
Land & Planning Advice
Report
Thornes are able to provide advice on land and development schemes, ranging from single storey extensions through to major planning applications for housing and industrial estates. If you are selling or buying a parcel of land or need an appraisal of a larger site, or need help with section 106 and CIL charges we have the specific expertise required.
