Evans Jones is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Planning Consultants, advising on all aspects of the acquisition, development and management of Commercial Property across the UK. Founded in 1972 and based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, we work across the UK and have regional operations in London and Reading.

We are based in the Regency town of Cheltenham and have worked on projects across Gloucestershire and the South West. We provide a full range of consultancy services including Planning Consultancy, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying and Disabled Access Consultancy.

Our team of Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers work across the UK, providing the full range of Project Management services, from outline Budget Costs to full Project Management. We believe in taking responsibility for our projects, so we're not afraid to take the lead. If appointed, we aim to plan, coordinate, control and report on all aspects of the project, from inception through to completion and beyond.
