Every three or four months we conduct collective property auctions which tend to include properties in need of renovation, tenanted or part vacant investment properties, properties of special interest, etc. If you are wishing to sell your property by auction, please contact Tim Shobrook on 01752 663341. Tim Shobrook B.Sc. FRICS heads our valuation and professional services department with over 40 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor in this field. He has previously been a Valuer Member of the First Tier Tribunal Property Chamber having held an appointment to the Residential Property Tribunal Service and its forerunners since 1994 until his retirement from the service.
