Established for over 30 years, we are now located in Blackburn, Lancashire. We continue to provide a full range of services to all our Clients both within Greater Manchester and throughout the Northwest.

Our clients range from Housing Associations and the Ecclesiastical Sector, Local Authorities, Hospitals, local Primary Care Trusts, Commercial Plc's to the individual residential home owner.

Originally from Wigan, now living in Adlington, Macclesfield, Brent started work as a bricklayer with the Allen Group in Wigan. Brent has over 30 years experience in private practice with 15 years previously in construction. Within IGL Brent specialises in Design and Contract Administration, Project Management and Employers Agent Services.

Robert Innocent – Consultant

Robert was born in, and remains a lifelong resident of Hazel Grove. He started work as a young lad wanting to know all about buildings therefore became Trainee Building Control Officer with Stockport Borough Council. He also attended the local college on a part time basis getting honours at ONC & HNC level.
