Specialized in connecting people with newly built properties, which are specifically designed for long term renting. I am a director at Prospect Place, and am very pleased with the performance of the whole Ringley team. Although only eight months into their new contract, they have moved so many things forward for all of the residents with the team that they have on site, with many of the maintenance issues. They have also progressed many of the longer term bigger issues with a very significant detailed and knowledgeable push from their CEO, Maryanne.
