Bunch of timewasters - advertising properties which vendors have no intention to sell presumably because they have nothing else to sell. Constantly having to chase for updates and they cannot even get hold of their own clients.

We sold a small office block via Holt and was very impressed by Chris Hobday's, from Holt Commercial, attitude and general helpfulness in trying to get the deal across the line. The buyers, unfortunately, used a cheap, but useless solicitor how was employed on a fixed fee; thus, the solicitor was very reluctant to do anything he absolutely did not have too. When questions occurred, Chris picked up the points and helped resolve them thorough good communications and a can-do attitude. I could not recommend Holt and Chris more strongly.
