Rude and unpleasant female operator. Called to make an enquiry and was shut down and told that no one is available to help/operator did not suggest when to call back and it felt that she was unwilling to assist. I had to ask when would be best to call back, she stated in 30 minutes. I rang back in 30 minutes, the phone repeatedly rang until diverted with a continual ring. This further happened on the same day, after 20 minutes. Poor attitude and customer service skills - (Personally I would fire her, she is bad for business) DO NOT USE.

Julian provided excellent advice and strategy for our benefit whilst dealing with the parties with courtesy transparency and all agreed without him the deal/s would not have happened One does not need the "big" companies when independent like Mr Lewis are so available
